Go Paperless with Health First Colorado and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) Enrollment Materials
You can go paperless! Paperless means you stop getting paper letters by mail and get letters online instead. You will get an email and/or text message when you have a letter to view online.
- Sign up to get email messages about changes to your managed care plan, health plan or Primary Care Provider (PCP).
The head of household may choose to go paperless. There are two ways to sign up:
- Log in and go to the Enrollment and Contact Information page in your account.
- Call Health First Colorado Enrollment at 303-839-2120 or 888-367-6557 (State Relay 711).
You may sign up for emails, text messages or both.
Once you go paperless, you will not get any letters about your health plan, managed care plan or PCP by mail. These letters will be online.
Going paperless is faster than getting letters by mail. You can view letters in your account as soon as they are ready, so you do not have to wait for the mail.
Going paperless is also easier. The letters in your account will never expire, so you do not have to keep copies of letters mailed to you. You can go back to read them in your account at any time.
If you do not go paperless, your letters will still be online in your Health First Colorado or CHP+ account. You will get a mailed copy and have an online copy.
You may opt out of (stop) paperless at any time. If you do, you will get letters by mail again.
